Right Angle Mounting
- Convenient for alignment in X and Y axis with respect to machine spindles.
- Rigid mounting very close to main mass of ATC prevents vibration while exchanging heavy tools.
- Magazine rotation either by cam index or by servo drive.
- Encoder for synchronisation of arm movements with tool clamp / unclamp in machine spindle.
- Tool Gripper plates are designed as separate parts for easy conversion of ATC from one tool to another.
- Choice of Aluminium or high Strength plastic tool pockets.
- Magazine capacities of 20, 24 and 30 tools
